Rates offered are very competitive and will be dependent on the commercial aspects and risk attached to each loan request. 

 

Security is needed for all loans, and depending on the type of loan, can be either first or second mortgage, or caveat over property or other assets.  Each loan request is individually assessed and any offer made will reflect the commercial nature and risk of the loan request.
